Jesse Draxler is a Minneapolis-based visual artist that works over a variety of mediums. He switches back and forth between collage, inks and paints. His work is extremely relevant to my current project. I have been playing with collage, layering images and self portraiture.
Draxler tries to convey a mood in his work and he says that music bears a lot of weight in his work. There is not a lot of information about Draxler's work. Even his replies in interviews seem to be short and not very informative. It was also difficult/impossible to find out the names of his works, and their dates.
